Know more about Dermatherm products

Our cosmetics are sterilised in order to preserve the product and prevent microbial contamination. They should be used within 6 months of opening.

Our cosmetics are sterilised to eliminate 100% of germs. They are then placed in AIRLESS sterilised packaging with an ultra-efficient sealing pump that has been tested for leakage. This packaging helps to preserve our sterile products.

Remember to clean the tip of your Dermatherm products after each use so as to remove any product residue from the pump.

The Dermatherm Cleansing Gel removes facial impurities and sebum excess. Before using this product, we recommend that you remove your make-up with a cleansing milk or micellar water. 

The difference is in the texture. Indeed, a fluid is a cream/emulsion whereas a serum is an aqueous gel.

Yes, you can incorporate products according to your skin type. For example, if you have combination to oily skin, you can complete your routine with an eye contour product for sensitive skin.

Everyone’s skin is different: it is important to know your skin if you are to best meet its needs.

To fight against the signs of ageing, try our Ultra Comfort range. This range’s eye contour concentrate is enriched with hyaluronic acid. It has smoothing, anti-dark circle and anti-swelling effects. 

Our products have been formulated and tested for use on adults, i.e., on those 12 years of age and up.

Indeed, products for children are subject to specific evaluations and their use must be reasoned.

The products from our three ranges can be used by children 12 years of age or older.

As a precaution, we do not recommend the use of our products by pregnant or breastfeeding women.

If you have any questions regarding the use of cosmetic products during your pregnancy or while breastfeeding, we recommend contacting your doctor.

According to European legislation in force since 11 March 2004, no conventional, natural or organic cosmetic product may be tested on animals, nor may any manufactured or imported cosmetic be tested on animals on European soil.

In compliance with the requirements of the Cosmebio charter, certified by the Ecocert and Cosmecert bodies, DERMATHERM products and their ingredients are never tested on animals during their development, formulation or manufacture.

Yes, all our packaging are recyclable. Please be sure to follow your country’s sorting instructions. 

An airless bottle is a bottle “with no air”.  There are several types of airless bottles, including those with a piston system and those with a pouch system. All airless systems have the same objective: to prevent the product from coming into contact with the outside air. 

Our Dermatherm bottle is an airless bottle with a pouch system. It also has an ultra-efficient sealing pump to minimise the risk of retro-contamination linked to product stagnation in the pump’s distribution channel. 

Advantages of an airless bottle with an ultra-efficient seal: 

1 - Dual security with ultra protection against oxygen and external pollutants for an additional guarantee of safety and efficiency. 

2 - A no waste bottle with optimal product dispensing thanks to the presence of a flexible retractable pouch.

3 - Accurate, consistent dispensing independent of the position of the bottle during priming. 

4 - Responsible packaging made in France.

The airless bottle pump is used like a traditional pump. 

About Dermatherm Composition Products

This water comes from a spring located a few kilometres from our manufacturing site (17 km to be exact). Cevennes thermal spring water is very rich in sulphur, which gives it kerato-regulating, healing and soothing properties. The French Academy of Medicine recognises it for its dermatological applications. 

Orange water is obtained during the production of concentrated orange juice. This water is directly derived from the organically grown fruit, using physical methods that do not affect trace elements or phytochemical functions. It is a gentle method that respects and preserves the fruit.

This active fruit water helps moisturise the skin and protect the skin cells from environmental stress.

Sodium PCA is a sodium salt of pyroglutamic acid. It is an amino acid that is naturally found in many proteins. It is one of the compounds that promote the natural maintenance of the skin’s moisture.

In cosmetics, it is used for its moisturising and humectant properties.  

Know more about the normal to dry skin range

Normal to Dry Skin range proposes products for a complete routine : they cleanse, moisturise and treat dehydrated skin. These extremely comfortable and gentle skin care optimally moisturise your skin and protect the skin cells from environmental stress.

The products in this range are of 100% natural origin and preservative-free. They help improve skin comfort thanks to three main ingredients:

• Certified Organic Orange Water: rich in trace elements, this water helps moisturise the skin and protect the skin cells from environmental stress.

• 100% Natural Origin Sodium PCA: this plant-based amino acid is naturally found in numerous proteins. This active ingredient is a natural moisturiser: it helps keep your skin moisturised and thus promotes elasticity and radiance.

• Cevennes Thermal Spring Water: rich in calcium, magnesium, copper and sulphur, this water has skin regenerating and soothing properties.  

If your skin feels tight, you should first determine the cause (and thus your skin’s needs). 

If the tightness is due to skin dehydration, we recommend using the Rich Moisturising Cream for a strong moisturising effect (+64.9% moisturising effect*). It is ideal as a night cream. 

For daily use, apply the Light Moisturising Cream followed by the Moisturising Booster Serum from the same range. These products provide an intense moisturising effect, improve skin comfort and a more radiant complexion.

*Study conducted under dermatological supervision on 20 volunteers with sensitive skin for 3 weeks.

Know more about the combination to oily skin range

The Combination to Oily Skin range consists of skincare products with mattifying and purifying properties. They act on imperfections and help regulate the sebum's excess.

The products in this range are of 100% natural origin and preservative-free. They help regulate the skin’s production of excess sebum thanks to the properties of three main ingredients: 

Organic Lemon Balm Extract: a plant from the Lamiaceae family, lemon balm is an ally of combination to oily skin, thanks to its soothing and antioxidant properties. 

Cevennes Thermal Spring Water: rich in calcium, magnesium, copper and sulphur, this water has skin regenerating and soothing properties. 

•    Zinc Gluconate: a naturally occurring active ingredient, this compound plays an important role in skin balance, particularly as it helps to regulate excess sebum.

The Dermatherm Sensitive Skin range offers skincare products that soothe the skin and reduce redness. It offers optimal tolerance and comforting products formulated with active ingredients having moisturising & soothing properties. 

The products in this range are of 100% natural origin and preservative-free. They have been formulated to meet the needs of the most sensitive skin. Used daily, this range improves skin comfort and soothes the skin thanks to three main ingredients: 

Organic & Fair Trade Certified Aloe Vera: known for its moisturising and soothing properties.

A Seaweed Complex: made from 3 seaweeds of natural origin, this complex soothes the skin, reduces redness, and respects & protects the skin cells for lasting skin comfort.

Cevennes Thermal Spring Water: rich in calcium, magnesium, copper and sulphur, this water has skin regenerating and soothing properties, making it suitable for even the most sensitive skin.

No, the Sensitive Skin range is fragrance-free. 

Know more about the solid micellar jelly

To properly use the Solid Micellar Jelly: dampen your face and then moisten the product under warm water. Apply the jelly to your face using light circular motions to massage as you cleanse. 

Rinse with clear water or with a reusable cotton pad.

To store the Solid Micellar Jelly after use: let the jelly dry on a draining rack or on the lid of its jar before placing it back into the jar and sealing it. 

Yes, the Solid Micellar Jelly may be used instead of a make-up remover. Its formulation removes make-up and gently cleanses the face, lips and eyes of those with even the most sensitive skin. 

For best results, the Micellar Jelly should be moistened under warm or hot water. 

Our advice for a relaxing skincare routine

A hectic lifestyle should not prevent you from taking care of your skin, so if possible take a few minutes in the evening to create your own routine, including make-up removal and skincare. 

We can recommend a routine that takes less than 10 minutes a day: apply your face cream in the morning and cleanse your face in the evening, to remove all the impurities of the day, before applying your serum and face cream.

No, it isn’t necessary, but after the age of 25, it is advisable to complete your beauty routine with a night cream, which is richer than a day cream. This supports the skin’s cellular renewal during the night.

Cleansing milk is ideal for dry, sensitive skin. 

Micellar water is suitable for all skin types: select yours according to your skin type to soothe, mattify and/or moisturise the skin while removing make-up. 

Cleansing gel is ideal for skin with no make-up or for combination to oily skin. Use it with a micellar water to perfect make-up removal. 

You can use a combination of cleansing milk adapted to your skin type and a micellar water for sensitive or dry skin to perfect make-up removal and soothe/moisturise the sensitive area around the eyes. 

After each use, remember to clean and dry the pump that dispenses your product. Then put the cap back on and store the products at room temperature (around 20°C). 

The Dermatherm pump dispenses the correct amount of product to be applied. Each pump dispenses a specific volume of product, adapted to the beauty ritual to be carried out.

To get the most out of your eye contour concentrate, apply it before using your face cream. 

Carefully apply the concentrate to the area around the eyes in the morning and evening. Gently massage from the inner corners of the eyes to the temples. 

To get the most out of your serum, apply it before using your face cream. 

Choice of a day cream depends on the needs of your skin. Ideally, you should determine these needs with your skin specialist. For example, for sensitive skin that is slightly dehydrated, we recommend the Optimal Tolerance Daily Soothing Moisturising Cream.

Our products are formulated with no preservatives and with 100% ingredients of natural origin, offering optimal tolerance for all skin types. 

However, we recommend that you contact a health professional (i.e., a skin specialist) before using any cosmetic product. This person will determine your skin type, as well as the cause of your skin problems, and thus direct you the Dermatherm products best suited to your needs.

Cosmetic products are intended for use on healthy skin.

In cases of skin pathology, we strongly recommend that you contact a skin specialist and receive appropriate therapeutic support before using any cosmetic product. 

However, Dermatherm has developed a range of products for the most sensitive skin to help improve skin comfort.

The main differences are in the formulation, composition and method of use. 

Although all three are intended to clean and/or remove make-up from the face and neck, they are nevertheless three different products:

• A micellar water is an aqueous solution: it is composed of pre-formed micelles that effectively capture impurities to cleanse and remove make-up from the eyes and face

• A cleansing gel is a foaming base to be rinsed off: it cleanses and completes make-up removal after the use of a cleansing milk or micellar water

• A cleansing milk is an emulsion: it cleanses and removes make-up from the face, eyes and neck without rinsing. It is ideal for sensitive skin.

Our products in the Combination to Oily Skin range moisturise the skin and provide it with a matte finish, thanks to the presence of zinc, organic lemon balm extract and Cevennes thermal spring water.

Both sensitive skin products are fragrance-free and dermatologically tested, but they have different actions due to their formulation. 

The Daily Soothing Moisturising Cream improves skin comfort and intensely moisturises. The product efficacy test demonstrated that it has a +15% soothing effect and a +74% moisturising effect.

The Anti-Redness Moisturising Soothing Skincare Cream helps to soothe the skin and reduce redness (while providing a light moisturising effect). The product efficacy test demonstrated that it has a +43% soothing effect, a +46% moisturising effect, and a +23% redness reducing effect.

Yes, the soothing eye care is adapted to oily skin’s eye contours. It will bring a smoothing effect, anti-puffiness while improving the skin comfort.

If you can’t find the product you are looking for, we may no longer make it or sell it, or it may be sold out. Please feel free to browse our similar products, or get in touch via the contact page.

After you’ve chosen your products, it’s easy to use your promo codes. Just go to your shopping cart by clicking on "proceed to checkout" or the trolley icon in the top right of the web page. Then you just fill in all of the requested information. You’ll see the value of your shopping cart, and below you can click on "Have a promo code" to reveal a box where you can enter your promo code to get a discount.

Enter your code in the box and click on "ADD" You’ll then be shown the value of your discount and the total value of your order will be updated. Then you just click on "complete order" to proceed with ordering your product(s).

For environmental reasons, we decided not to add extra packaging to the products we ship.

Pay for order on the Dermatherm website

For the moment, it is only possible to pay by credit/debit card on the Dermatherm website. We are currently working to add other payment options. 

It’s very easy to add, edit, or delete a payment method. Just log in to your customer account (top right of the screen), click on "Personal Information" and proceed to make any changes you want.Another way is to make your desired changes when you are paying for your order, by simply choosing from among the available payment methods.

If your promo code isn’t working, first check that it is still valid. If it is, please send an email to our customer service team at: serviceclient@dermatherm.fr or get in touch via the "Orders" section of our contact page to tell us about the issue, and we will work to find a solution as soon as possible.

At dermatherm.fr, you can make your purchases in total security. The information shared when making a payment is encrypted and sent securely. Dermatherm never saves or has access to your payment information. Saving your payment details in your customer account lets you place orders faster and more easily, all while offering the same level of security. 

Deliveries

Products are shipped in double corrugated cardboard boxes for maximum protection against bumps and bangs, and the products are held in place by packing paper. Packages are sealed securely.

Despite all of the precautions we take to protect our products, some of them may be mishandled and be damaged upon delivery.

If this happens to you, please contact our customer service team at serviceclient@dermatherm.fr and state your order number and the product(s) in question, and attach a photo of the damaged product(s) so that we can resolve the issue with the transporter and find a solution as quickly as possible. 

You need to choose your delivery method just before paying for your order. You can choose between: — Free Click & Collect service to our Uzès store (Boutique Laboratoire Gravier — 1 rue Jacques d’Uzès, 30700 Uzès)  – Delivery to your home by Colissimo (cost varies according to the weight of your order) – Delivery to a collection point with Mondial Relay (cost varies according to the weight of your order)

Dermatherm currently delivers to Mainland France.

Delivery costs vary depending on the weight of your package, the destination, and the delivery company you choose. Feel free to select different options on the website to see how much they cost.

Not had any news about your order? Contact our customer services by email at serviceclient@dermatherm.fr or via the "Orders" section of our contact page. We will look into the matter with the transporter in order to find a solution as soon as possible.

In general, orders shipped with Colissimo arrive within 3 to 5 working days. For deliveries to collection points, please allow five working days.

Returns Policy

You can return all or part of your order without needing to provide any reason within 14 days of the day that "you or a third party other than the transporter, and appointed by you, takes physical possession of the goods".

To exercise your right to a no quibbles return, please contact our customer services at serviceclient@dermatherm.fr or by sending a letter to the following address: Boutique Laboratoire Gravier 1 rue Jacques d’Uzès 30 700 Uzès To help us process your request, please include the following information: Your full name Your order number, The products and the quantity you would like to return . As soon as we receive your request, you have 14 days to return all or part of your ordered products to us at your own expense.

for hygiene, health and safety reasons, returned items must not have been opened or used, and must be clean and in their original packaging.

If you return your products, we will refund you for the products you mailed back to us. Postage costs will not be refunded.

After receiving the order

Have you received your Dermatherm order and found that a product is missing? We apologise for this mistake. Our order pickers do their best to fulfil every order. You can contact our customer services by email at serviceclient@dermatherm.fr so that we can find a solution as soon as possible.

To save time, please include the reference number for the missing product, as well as your order number. 

After placing an order at dermatherm.fr, if your product reaches you in a damaged condition, you have 3 (three) days to email our customer service team at serviceclient@dermatherm.fr stating the reference of the damaged product and your order number, and including a photo of the damaged product.

If your product is faulty (packaging, appearance, etc.) please contact our customer services stating the product in question, its bar code, and the batch number. You can also send us photos by email. 

Once you have placed your order, you will receive your invoice by email, including the details of your order.

If you can’t find this email, be sure to check your spam folder.

You can also view your invoice in your Dermathem member account, under the "Order History" section. If you ordered as a guest, you will only receive your invoice by email, but you can convert your guest account into a full account at any time. 

My account

To create a customer account in the Dermatherm website, add the products you’d like to order to your shopping cart, and then once your cart is confirmed, just complete your personal information (first name, surname, email address) and select a password that you will use to sign in to your account. You can also choose to sign up to our newsletter to receive our latest news and special offers. Your account is then created automatically, and you can use it to place your order. Make sure you remember your password, as you’ll need to enter it every time you sign in.

The first step is to sign in to your Dermatherm account.

Next, click on the icon in the top right of the screen to access your customer account, and then select "Personal information". You can then update your personal details or reset the password for your Dermatherm account. Remember to click on "SAVE" when you have finished making your changes.

To reset your password, click on "Forgot your password?" above the "SIGN IN" button. Enter the email address for your Dermatherm customer account. Within an hour you will receive an email, click on the link in the email to reset your password.

After clicking on the link, you will be redirected to the reset password page: enter your new password and confirm your choice. You can now sign in to your Dermatherm customer account.
